🔒 Security & Login Policy Notice

Important Security Notice for All Users:

To ensure the safety and security of our Learning Management System (LMS), please adhere to the following policies and guidelines:

🔑 1. Password Policy Requirements

When creating or updating your password, it must satisfy the following criteria:

• Minimum Length: At least 12 characters.

• Digits / Numbers: At least 1 digit (0–9).

• Lowercase Letters: At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z).

• Uppercase Letters: At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z).

• Special Characters: At least 1 special character (e.g., @, #, $, %).

🛡️ 2. Account Lockout Policy

• Failed Login Threshold:3 unsuccessful attempts will temporarily lock your account.

• Observation Window: 3 failed attempts within 5 minutes trigger lockout.

• Lockout Duration: The account will remain locked for 15 minutes before automatically unlocking.

📲 3. Email OTP Verification (MFA)

After correctly entering your username and password, a One-Time Password (OTP) code will be sent to the email address registered with your LMS account.

• If you do not receive the code immediately, please wait a few moments.

• Check your Spam / Junk folder if the email does not appear in your primary inbox.

• If you still have not received the OTP after a reasonable waiting period, please contact your LMS Administrator.
